Day Three
I have survived exactly 3 days of law school. So far, so good.
Words of advice for undergrads-- ENJOY! Lol...I probably have read more in the last week for school than I did in my last year of undergrad. I think we all know how much you can get away with not reading in undergraduate classes... You can pretty much wing anything. In law school this is not the case. Professors call you out by name...Not your first name...Never your first name. Always "Ms or Mr So-and-So" or as one of my teachers uses "Counselor So-and-So." And they ask you to "Tell us about the case," and you're stuck for the majority of the class. The prof continues to call on that one person, and only that one person until the end of the case or class... Scary. I figure I'll be the first person in class to answer a professor with "I don't know." It's amazing what everyone else knows. Lol.
Anyway, it's not been a bad experience at all. Just very intense... Wish me luck!
