Yay Labor Day!
I'm very excited about this weekend. It starts off with work (if you consider Friday a weekend) which is amazing for this time of the school year. 1 1/2 days this week! Then we're heading to Galesburg with a birthday cake, which is currently in the oven, then we head to go camping with family, some of whom I haven't seen in about a year. Then we come back and have the old grind.
I'm so glad I've taken on leading another choir. My directing skills are a little rusty, but then again, my choir skills are a little rusty. We're looking at a good year, and it sounds like much more productive than we've had in the past. I mean, we're doing a Cantata for goodness sakes!
