RWP (The "W" Is The Best Part)
Reading: Sundays in America: A Yearlong Road Trip in Search of Christian Faith, by Suzanne Strempek Shea. Enjoying it a lot so far.
Wearing: Dark charcoal pencil skirt; black button-down; marcasite earrings. AND THE MOST AWESOME SHOES EVER. I posted a picture on FB because they are glorious and I love them and I kind of want to wear them every single day. In case you didn't see the FB post, they look like THIS only red:
LIPSTICK red patent leather, almond-toe pumps with a 5" heel (FIVE INCHES, that is steep even for me) and a platform. They're work-inappropriate and I would never wear them if I had a client coming in or if I had to be within 50 feet of the courthouse. They're Guess shoes and they're so slutty but...I love them. The heart wants what it wants. I keep stretching out my legs to look at them and thinking, "HOT DAMN."
