So the Newsroom 2.08...

Sep 09, 2013 22:27

This is the first time all season I got to the end of an episode and thought, "Hey! I am really looking forward to watching the next one."

I really like how they ended it. I love how it looks like Will and Mac are just going to go at each other THROUGH THE ELECTION COVERAGE.

I seriously hope it's something of a bloodbath. Those two might need to just yell at each other. And I'd love to see it.

I thought Will firing Mac was going to be something I hated, but I don't know, it kind of worked for me. Because she's just in so much pain, and also him telling her not to tell anyone.

I don't know, this episode was depressing, but it didn't feel as depressing as most of the other episodes this season for whatever reason.

Jim and his plotline continues to be irritating.

I did kind of like Maggie in this one though. She was snarky. And I loved her scenes with Don.

Jerry's secondary suit against Don is annoying.

Sloan, I didn't mind the book plotline, but seriously, was she the one who was high on the air this season? Because what was that?

Taylor is the only good thing to come out of Jim's bus of boredom storyline.

Mac broke my heart. I loved her.

Loved Will too.

Neil was fabulous.

Charlie and Reese were also fabulous. That was a great scene.

I think I want to rewatch it.

It's a new feeling for me this season.

And I need the finale to be now.
