Because I am a crazy person, HOLIDAY FIC!
So, last year, I did 30 day so December fic prompts. I really enjoyed it. I always intended to do it again. It kind of crept up on me. But guess what? I don't really care. I'm doing it, with some minor modifications. So here goes!
Comment with: a day, a fandom, a character/pairing, and a prompt that will also serve as the title,and I will write at least 500 words for you, to be posted on a later date. I reserve the right to ask for a different prompt if you pick something I don't feel comfortable writing.
Um, yeah, fandoms. Well, obviously any of the ones I write in already (Criminal Minds, Castle, Gilmore Girls, The Mentalist) are reasonably fair game (I'm not up to date on CM anymore though). Plus there's a lot of book!fic I could do relatively easily. (Austen, Lucy Maud Montgomery, maybe the Betsy-Tacy books, a lot of the classics, really, if you want book!fic, ask and I'll tell you if it's doable). Other TV shows, I could probably do Stargate the first seven seasons, Slings and Arrows (though that one's terrifying), Gilmore Girls. I'd be willing to try any of the three Sorkin Shows (still haven't watched the Newsroom though). I'd be willing to try Elementary. Um yeah, if there's something you think I might watch, feel free to ask me about it. That's cool. I keep saying I'm going to try and branch out fandom-wise. This list definitely isn't complete anyway.
Also, last year I asked people to request days. We can do that again, but with the caveat that there is a very good chance that things don't get posted on the day requested. I am fully anticipating this running into January. In fact, I will be absolutely shocked if it doesn't. So, I think I'm going to just list the numbers 1 to 31. Feel free to pick one. If you woul like your fic on that particular day for any reason, let me know and I will do my best.
