This is a lost dream. I haven't had one of those in a good while....
I don't remember the present time too well (the walking in the jungle, looking for something with Kate & Jack). I mainly remember the flash forward. Which was eerie.
I rush into the emergency department with my husband (some tall guy, reminds me of zack but i don't know who it was) and my son who stopped breathing and has no pulse. He almost became numb up to his lungs and isn't responsive. I grab the first doctor I see (Jack) and tell him the issue as I'm doing compressions on my boy's little chest. He almost is in disbelief and doesn't immediately start working on him. I pretty much yell at him to get his attention. He snaps out of whatever zone he is in and takes over on the compressions. A nurse comes in and asks to draw some blood for testing. She leaves the room and I ask what the test is for, then he realizes he didn't tell the nurse for what lab panel was for, so he asks me to run and get her to tell her to run it for ALS. I start to dash out the door for the nurse but then stop turns back to the room and asks "Doctor....?" Then he says "Austen. Dr. Austen."

I run back to the nurse and tell her that Dr. Austen wanted the screening for ALS for my son. I then return @ my child's side as Dr. Austen does his thing.

WEIRD! It was one of those defining moments in the story when he said his name was Austen. Like what in the world?! He took Kate's last name?! The omniscient me seeing the story in the dream was totally confused but the me as a character was oblivious to what was going on.
