OH MY GOD IT'S FINISHED.
Yes, the water is basically a pile of filters thrown at a mirror image of the rest of it, but damn it worked. At least, I think it did.
The trees (as distinct from the bushes) were fun.
The cliff itself was MURDER and I'm never painting another one ever again.
This cliff is from a photo I took of Big Bend along the Murray River a few years ago. It's what I imagine the gorge of the Ra-Lin to look like, only minus the willows. So I omitted said willows in the painting.
