so...i need some help. i'm completely bored with my hair color AND hair cut. i need some advice as to what i should do with it because i need a change ASAP

this is the current color of my hair..it's dark brown with a reddish tint
blonde
brown/dark brown
this is the closest to my real color which is dirty blonde. the pictures are pretty bad but they were the only ones i could find
i just need to know what to do with my hair. i want to cut it and dye it. i was think maybe dark brown with blonde chunky highlights? i don't know. i'm lost and you guys are the experts so someone tell me what to do please!
