Today:
-Ran 1 mile, approx. 12 min, it was more of a jog/walk, still sore from yesterday lol
-15 Push Ups
-20 Sit Ups

I'm satisfied with my performance for today, seeing that I am still pretty sore from yesterdays work. I will try and keep up the pace as best I can.

Tomorrow I begin swimming, I'll keep you all posted on that.

Ok now its MY turn.

Your soreness is due to a build of salicytic acid. I wonder if i spelled that right.
That acid is like a toxin that breaks tuna and shit down to USE the protein to fuel your muscles.

Stretch but dont stretch too damn much.
It'll make your muscle weaker.
Dont bounce stretch either.
Keep the position and take deep breaths.
Let your body ease in to atht position and SLOWLY un position itself.

Pushups: FORM.
There used ot be a time where i couldnt do ONE. not ONE fucking pushup elie. Sounds pathetic and it was TWICE as pathetic to watc me try.
It's beter do do 10 PERFECT pushups than to do 20 1/2 assed ones.
It'l promote more strength, muscle growth, and avoid injuries.

SitUps: Try not to anchor your feet under anything. Whe you do your body naturally incorporates your hip flexors. Depends where youre looing to imrove though. If youre looking for a stronger upper abdomen then do them without having your feet anchored. otherwise...anchor away.

I'm so glad my friends arent going to die of coronaries and heart failure anytime soon.

I mean seirously...would you rather want to die in an AMAZING no2 packed turbo charged explosive car race through a european city in a 10 cylinder sports car...or keel over while on the crapper?
