uuuuugh... money sucks
So I've spent the latter part of this morning trying to get my finances in order, and my goodness... Let's just say that I HATE growing up and having to actually deal with all this money business - it is NO fun. I'm already in a ton of debt (thank you USC), and now Tri-Delt.
I know that I made the decision to go to one of the most expensive schools in the nation, buuuuut at the time I really didn't care, I just wanted to get out of Ventura and go to a decent university. NOW, well, I'm completely obsessed and I don't think there is any way that I could be happier anywhere else, but at the same time... Why does everything have to cost so fricking much?! My goodness.
Other than my financial woes that I'll soon pretend I don't have, life is good. This break is a LOT more kickback than those in the past - I'm trying to hang around home and get some quality fam time in before I begin to start hinting that this coming summer will most likely be my last summer at home. I'm sorry, but as all you college kids know - coming home to "clean your room!" "what time will you be home?" and "i think you should go to bed now, i don't want you sleeping in" is definitely NOT a good time.
... I rode a motorcycle for the first time the other day!!!!! It was super scary, and I screamed kinda a lot for awhile, but then I got over it and it was just fun. Let me tell you though - your butt will hurt like it has never hurt before! :)
Oh yeah! I saw Clark in the hospital yesterday - let's just say that he made Ryan Vacca look like a good health ad on the day he was stabbed. He was SO out of it, hooked up to what looked like a million machines, and you could just tell he was in major pain and NOT happy. His mom however, was the cutest thing EVER, so Nicole (my "twin") and I just tried to be cheery for Clark and talked to her for the majority of the time. Fortunately, Clark's now cured for forever, but it still sucks he has to go through all of this now. At least he'll be back at school in 3 weeks! haha, His mom got our phone numbers so that way we can "check in" on him for her - Nicole and I both agreed we want to marry him just so she could be our mother-in-law :)
All in all, nothing too exciting yet, but oh, I'm planning on changing that asap!
