Imminent fever blues
My eyes hurt, my throat feels itchy, my head slightly hurts.
.... Please tell me it's not what I think it is OTL I can't go back to college if I'm sick, they prohibit the sick ones to return. Can't afford to miss classes this semester, I have 3 bloody practical classes. Missing 1 practical class = missing 3 theory classes. Let's say I do miss the classes, that means I gotta repeat the subject next semester while everybody else leaves for internship. DO NOT EFFING WANT akjsdhalsdjalksdlaskdjalksjdalskjdalskdjalksjdalka
Last Tuesday, we started business at the mock restaurant. We thought the lecturer was joking when real customers will be coming in for dinner. Boy, was I glad we're cooking and not serving.

Beef Tenderloin with Shallot Sauce and Spinach and Cheese Bread Butter Pudding
I swear, the spinach and cheese bread butter pudding is like, THE BEST THING IN THE WORLD ♥ It's like, a lighter version of a vegetable lasagna. SO AWESOME alasjjdlaksjdlasl
I was the potager hyuk hyuk. That's soup cook in French. THE MORE YOU KNOW. Making the soup was easy, it was the mise en place that was quite strenuous. Had to slice 1kg of button mushrooms and shred 1kg of oyster mushrooms. The onions were worse, we had to slice 2kg of them as thinly as possible. After that, we were literally bored with no work. Helped a bit with the poached eggs, cleared up the stations, washed pots and dishes-- the whole nine yards. Thank you previous instructor for smothering us with time management lectures last semester. Even so, I failed to get a picture of the finished product OTL

The kitten is such a doll. She sounds like an engine during ignition. We dub her F1. We give the most horrible names to cats, yes ;w;
