This is the last time I'll be posting about my holiday cards. I've got it ready to print up, I just need to know who wants one. I am not making extras, so if you don't let me know you want one, you won't get one. (I don't like sending unsolicited mail, even if I have you address for whatever reason.)

So, again, last call!

In other news I has a virus! D: I woke up sweating, shaky and sick in the night. I went into the kitchen for phosfood and collapsed, passed out on the floor. I woke up some time after the sun had come up and had to get char to help me back to bed. I was so weak and shaky, it was just awful. And scary. I got myself straight to the doctor and he told me it wasn't the flu, but that there was not really anything for it, just to let it run its course and get rest. So, I am home for the day from work. Between yesterday afternoon and evening, and this morning, I read Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows in its entirety and it WAS SO GOOD. Oh my god, that was so much better than Half Blood Prince which I had been struggling to read since it was released (and only just finished last week). Jesus H, Christ, HBP made me want to bang my head on a wall and burn the book. I skipped some chunks of it, and was so relieved when something finally started happening at the last 1/5 of the book.

I LOVED the house elf rebellion in the final battle, with Kreacher leading the charge. omg that's the kind of writing that made me love these books, not the farce that was HBP. Thank you JKRowling for giving us an epic ending. I saw bits of it coming, but I still loved it. Thank you.

Also, I almost didn't read your "Nineteen Years Later" bit. I closed the book and had to open it back up less than a minute later. It was totally predictable, but I loved the bit about the sorting hat and choosing houses. That made it betterbearable.

harry potter, holiday, sick
