YUBA

Today I went to Yuba River
it was beautiful.
We went cliff jumping and I jumped off of a huge cliff. I was so afraid! but I knew if I didn't do it, It would kill me, so I fell into the water. The craziest feeling in the world. free falling for 3 seconds. Seems short but it was the longest time. and then I hit the water and plunged into the light blue water. It was so warm, and wonderful. The best day this summer. I'm so tired now. A good tired. My sentences probably don't make sense. And I get to sleep in all day tomorrow. I'm getting a Job a Reno Mountain sports on Sunday. Someone told me they desperately need people.
At Yuba we hiked up the stream to a waterfall. then we swam underneath it, and sat behind it. The mist was so refreshing. Below the waterfall, the river fell into separate pools of water around slick rocks. Some of these rocks were steep, and there were three naturally created rock slides that were big enough for us to slide down. the first slide you have to kind of lower yourself into rushing water onto really slippery rock, once you do, you let go and the water slides you down into a deep pool, setting you up for the next slide. the second slide is the longest and it's steep. you climb out of the pool onto a ledge and sit on top. then you cross your arms and give yourself a little push and you slide into another deep pool. the third is the most fun. It's like the Viper at wild island, except safer because it's stable rock. you cross your arms and slide down on your back into a narrow passage, then it comfortably twists you to your side and you fall into the last deep pool.

YUba is freaking amazing.

Lets go next weekend.
