This is quite possibly the least interesting entry I've ever written, so if you continue reading you can't blame me. This weekend has consisted of me sitting around making excuses to not study, and me actually studying. Today is just an extension of that very frame of mind. Last night I must have missed the memo that it was multi-cultural night in the library because, no exaggeration, I was the only white girl in there. I guess only the hard core studiers hit up the library on a Sunday night, especially since for the average person finals don't start until Wednesday. Due to our football team going to the New Orlean's bowl our final schedule got all screwed and we had half of our finals last week and half this week and Monday and Tuesday are supposed to be "dead days" as opposed to the dead week we would normally have. Since in Aural skill our final is 2 parts, I am taking the second part tomorrow at 3:00 which is the latest time he offered. I am soooo dreading it, but after I am finished, I never have to take aural skills again in my lifetime! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! It was probably the most challenging class I've ever taken. Next semester should be a breeze compared to this semester. The only music class I'm taking is voice lessons. The rest are core and communications classes. I need to find out if the classes in England for communications will count for classes here. I'm a bit worried that they won't because over there their communications major is geared toward media and journalism, while here it's more about actual communication. So if it won't work, I might just have to find a new major because I won't let that stop me from going to England. So after my final on Tuesday begins the studying for my finals on Thursday (Music Theory II) and Friday (Physics). Both will be a bit of a challenge, but nothing a day of studying won't prepare me for. On Wednesday I'm taking my little sis to The Science Place in Fair Park. I have great memories of going there as a kid and I wanted to take her somewhere that doesn't solely involve her spending her parents money. So anyone who hasn't yet should sign up at www.thefacebook.com. It is so much fun! It's another great way of wasting time on the internet. Well I'm off to go study some more, I guess.
