Onion soup is a SUCCESS!
That was seriously amazing. Screw modesty. The onions themselves got to a milk chocolate color and the soup itself ended up being a dark chocolate color. No lie. And 3 lbs of onions went into only 4 servings of soup. I'm seriously considering making a double batch tonight so I can have it all week at lunch.
