My week 4 should have been last week, but I took a "break." In other words, that means I ate whatever I wanted...pigged out, etc, etc. We all fall sometimes.
My goal for this week is to eat as little as possible...or eat whatever I want but in small quantities. Theoretically starting the 1650 week, but...I already know now that I'm not prepared for that. Not making excuses, just realistic. Also need to fit in the gym while attempting to work 20 hrs OT. Good luck. Tuesday is work out date night with Vanessa, so I should get in at least one day! :-)
