This week is supposed to be 2000 calories per day. Then I begin 10% per week reduction.

Day 1, Oct 4:
Wasn't planning on going out to breakfast today, but my team did! UGH. I did skip baby shower cake though. First time I've denied myself cake! lol. Anyways...I estimated my breakfast to be 1005 calories. It may have been 900...not quite sure. I ended up eating a plum for "lunch" to compensate. Luckily breakfast made me pretty full. Dinner was also a surprise. Ate at new crush's house (where I discovered even more reasons to like him!). Had fish tacos. Yummy. Today was a very torlilla-ish day....
Today's Total: 2056. Gym: 380.

Day 2, Oct 5:
The day started with me running late. I didn't plan my food for the day the night before so...breakfast was yogurt. About 420 calories less than what I have scheduled for the week. I'm confused as to how I was not feeling starved today, but I won't complain! Didn't eat enough, but o well. I also got to sleep an extra 1.5 hrs. That could've helped.
Today's Total (as of 9 pm): 1467. Workout: 15 min run, 30-40 min walk, 15 min weights.
Final Total:  1647 (Sharon's brownies attacked me!)

Day 3, Oct 6:
Today's Total: 1891. Gym: 430

Day 4, Oct 7:
Not sure of exact total...forgot the notebook at work!
Today's Total: 1481. Exercise: Biked To/From work (12 mile roundtrip, about 1:15 total)

Day 5, Oct 8:
Today's Total:1971. Gym: None!

Day 6, Oct 9
Terrible, Terrible Day! Went to Olive Garden with Tana and Sonya. I ate way less than I normally would, but I can't figure out the calories. I have info from their website, but it's not specific enough...Plus I ate a little bit from here and there. Also went out for drinks with Vanessa & Joe....her chocolate cake made me finish eating it! lol.
Today's Total: 2515??. Gym: 400; Dancing: 1 hour!

Day 7, Oct 10 - 10/10/10!
Today I ate O.G. leftovers for lunch. Based on their website, I ate 1/4 of a meal...so who the heck knows. All I know is that I didn't eat enough. Currently hungry! Past few days I also have not had enought fruits/veggies.
Today's Total: 1545. Exercise: 15 min "run" + 20-25 min walk.
