Despite this week of White Collar obsession, I do still write HP fic! Oddly unhappy HP fic, apparently. I'm actually working on a number of other pieces in this fandom, but most of them are for fests/challenges/etc. It might be a little White Collar heavy up in here for a bit--fair warning. Oh, man, you made me tear up. You have such a way with dialogue that in the fourth part when Neville was talking to his mom I could just hear his voice breaking, and wandering, and so so sad.

During the first two parts I wanted to go smoke up, and then in the third I wanted to hug Neville, in the fourth I wanted to hug my mom, and in the fifth I wanted to fall in love.

Oh, Neville. I too am glad you gave him some hope at the end, because if there's ever a character who deserved to be happy, it's him.

I liked your unique take on Hannah, by the way. Don't think I've ever seen her written that way. (Not that I read any a lot of Hannah, to be fair...)
