thankful
still here and still busy. this year's shows have gone well,it seems that people are spending money,or maybe they've decided to buy more handmade this year. in any case,it's a good thing for me and nick,while we are pairing down the christmas list considerably,i will still be able to get the boy a couple of things. luckily,i make my friends gifts and while it can be time consuming i love doing it and they seem to love getting them. in fact,i have actually had friends complain when in the past i would buy instead of make. *lol*
today i am heading to the food bank with one hundred pounds of potatoes. life has been very difficult for me this last year,but i know there are others that have it even harder. jim was always so good about using coupons to buy extra for the food bank and while i don't quite have his talent for coupon shopping,i try to do what i can.
