Frustrations
I'm spotting again. FFS. I have an ob appt tomorrow, the fetal echo Friday, and an ultrasound Monday to check growth and the status of the placenta. Up until now, I was optimistic that the previa would or had resolved. Since I'm still spotting, I'm convinced it won't. And I'm pretty down about it. As for the fetal echo, if the PR interval is normal (50% is 120ms, 99% is 150ms at 24 weeks) we have essentially no risk of getting the CHB! So I'm hoping for a number below 150. Please. We will talk to the cardiologist as well. And we will talk to the MFM after our u/s Monday. Lots to do!
My brother is a libertarian. I don't think you can be a libertarian without having a lot to say about current politics and my brother is no exception. I agree with him that essentially R is as bad as D because they all boil down to their financial backers and not what the people want. I'll even grant him that the government sucks at overseeing most stuff. I don't agree that means the programs and services shouldn't be there because of this. I just don't see how the private sector could do this. But that's me. Come November, I will be writing in a name. Mickey Mouse anyone?
