Frustrated to the point of throwing Gimp threw the window! (if it were possible!)

I have decided.. I HATE GIMP! Forget it... I'm gonna do whatever it takes to get photoshop back on my computer once again! I am itching to do graphics and I really really do not like using gimp. I have used nothing but photoshop sense I first started doing graphics and that is the program I know... I could do it in my sleep with photoshop, but with gimp... ughhh! Something as simple as making an icon for LJ is a maddening process! I know it is just a matter of relearning how to do it, but I'm not patient enough to go from making whatever I want and being able to make it beautifully.. and easy... to feeling like I can't do anything!!! It's just plain frustrating! And I don't have the 4 or 500 dollars it takes to buy the damn program! My brother has it... that's what I was using, but it wouldn't activate on my computer for some reason so after the first 30 days it quit working. Maybe I'll just reinstall every 30 days! LMAO!
I am so frustrated right now!
