fuck this plant
ok today i went to work expecting a good day or atleest a fair one..... but no it started like shit and it got ran over backed up and ran over again. i had to go in a confined space .... for those who dont know what that is it is a hole in the side of a vestle tank ect. it takes about two hours to get a permit for it and after you get it there is so much shit that has to be gone threw in order to just go in. well i got in there and tore the scaffolding out as was told to me and i come out .....just to be sent back in the *&%#@! 40 min.s latter to build back what i tore out and extend it out another five feet. then i had to carry material up to the thrid floor of the structer in the unit i work in.... no big deal right rong the stairs kill my knees, back, ect. my apprentice wants to lern how to build but he has no common sence. i had to tell him to remove a clamp six times in a min. and a half. if this isent bad enough every job i have to do he makes it take four times loner than if i were to do it myself.
BUT WHATS WORSE IS THAT I HAD TO WORK LATE TODAY AND THE SAFTY MAN IS THE ONE WHO IS RESPONCIBLE FOR THE SAFE AND WELL BEING OF THE PEOPLE ON THE CREW..................................................... IF THIS IS SO THEN TELL ME WHY IN THE HELL DID HE LEVE THE PLANT ALONG WITH EVERY ONE ELSE WHO WAS IN CHARGE WILE THERE WAS MYSELF AND 7 OTHER PEOPLE IN THE PLANT WORKING........ MY FORMAN GOT A RIDE WITH THE SAFTY MAN OUT TO THE GATE AND LET HIM KNOW THERE WAS STILL PEOPLE IN SIDE THE SAFTY MANS RESPONCE WAS "WELL I GUESE THEY NEED TO FIND A RIDE TO THE GATE" MY FORMAN IS MY BROTHER AND I KNOW HE TRYED TO GET THE SAFTY MAN TO COME BACK...... THAT IS THE WAY HE IS HE WONT LEVE SOME ONE STRANDED....
