(no subject)

So I pulled muscles behind and around my left knee last night... all I was doing was sitting cross-legged (as our birthing classes are teaching us to do "frequently") and I went to get up to use the bathroom and I don't even remember doing anything to it. I guess I rotated my knee too much and pulled muscles. You can't even barely poke at my knee to feel which muscles are torn. All these hormones makes my ligaments like JELLO I guess and I really did a number on my knee and side of leg all the way down to my ankle. Dangitall!!! OW and I can't take crap for it so I'm icing it every few hours as my chiropractor suggested. So I'm off to bed now and hope the heck I can SLEEP. Baby is getting bigger every day--7 more weeks left and that's just incredible.

[sigh] I will get over it. If in 3 days or so it's not better I have to go back. Maybe even have it checked by someone else. [shruggin'] In the meantime, I continue all my other natural birthing exersizes. Nice to have strong Kegels again. ;) wooooottttt. I'll have to take another photo of my big belly again to show it to y'all. me tired. off to bed.

Gotta figure out a scary pregnant halloween costume ASAP!!! Any ideas? (easy and cheap too)
