Quick update in hopes of starting a trend of updating more often
Work: I have 2 clients now - a 7 yr old and an 11 yr old. The 7 yr old likes transformers, leggos and hot wheels and is adorable. The 11 yr old like board games, hang man, and is hilarious. He names everything, His car's name is Ramone and his phone's name is Toby.
School: Taking two summer classes - Issues in Child Development (Gender Issues) and US History. Chad is in both. They are both good - but very hectic. Each day is a week and a half work of work - so with 2 classes thats 3 weeks of work a day for me. Turns out I love being busy.I'm becoming a huge History nerd and becomig more inspired to make my school.
Internship: Humane Society is freakin sweet. It's like therapy and I get to be outside with dog, runnin around and learnin stuff. Best part - when you actually teach the dog a freakn trick and then he just KNOWS it like magic. Worst part: farmer's tan!
Love life: Chad is cute and I want to kill him sometimes. The usual.
Gecko: Aditi is still not eating solid food but seems back to her old self on the liquid food. She's such a spoiled baby. Cute as a button.
Health: Still fat, but much more muscle and much more energy. It's a start. Next step - gym. Every. Freakin. Day.
Hobbies: i have been paining every day! I painted garden gnomes for my balcony (Cosi made an Ambien gnome and Chad made an evil gnome), and I painted a small piece for Danika, and now I am working on two for my bathroom - a seahorse and an octopus because my bathroom is ocean themed. ]Got some beads and want to start making jewlery. I'm also keeeping a sketch diary in a tiny sketch book that Cosi got me <3
Friends and Fams: Cosi visited again! Chad and I saw my brother and Erica and my parents in the bay area and we saw a Pavement concert. Super fun!!! Danny and Erica moved in together in a tiny studio in the valley and tehy say they are gunna visit me soon. I'm going down south in August. Emily is on tour with her fella (visting Tessa-no fair!) and i am in charge of bird, snake, and plants. The plants are more high maintenance lol.
Bad news: My A/C broke and it's 100 degrees
Good news: I can stay at Chad's and mooch his A/C while playing with cats
Bad news: It's 12:30am and I have to be up at 8
Good news: I UPDATED MY LJ
I miss everyone every second of every day.
