a beautiful bold gladiator, and a fine composition.
the white ones are quite different type: fragile, like mourning brides :)

i also prefer to see the photos a bit larger..

Thank you so much! I'm glad that you enjoy them. I absolutely love photographing flowers, and one of my new loves is photographing birds.

I really need to be better about opening up photo posts instead of making them friends only.

You're quite welcome. Your "love" post was wonderful. It's prompted me to do one like that in my written journal...thanks :)

Well, there's no secret to keeping them still. It just takes lots of patience in waiting very quietly and/or creeping up on them. And using a little bit higher ISO at times. :)

You can certainly add me :) I'm not sure if reading is going to be too interesting lately. My boyfriend and I split up recently so I'm a bit down at times. But I'm getting better.
