Cool it!!

Does anyone know of a really good laptop fan/pad/thing that will cooldown your laptop? Here's the thing, I play WoW on my MacbookPro and love it. Unfortunately it makes my laptop heat up like there's no tomorrow. I don't know if the internal fan just isn't adequate or not, but I use an external fan platform type thing (which I don't think is really helping all that much).

Has anyone had experience with this before? Any thoughts? Brands? Tricks? Tips?
