Passenger abused by TFL staff

If you give a little man a little power then he will wield it like a giant. Anyone who has lived in London for any length of time and used the tube regularly will know what a bunch of self important utterly useless officious idiots some TFL staff can be. I’ve witnessed this kind of thing many times. It’s the first time I have seen it recorded though on camera. Well done, People's journalism at its best. Needs to be linked to and tweeted all across the web so that TFL have no choice but to deal incidents like this.
