Swancon again
Given that there is a lot of discussion about Swancon being cliquey etc, some which I think is justified and some which makes me scratch my head and wonder what people expect to happen, perhaps having the gynaecon 10th birthday as a programme item isn't a good idea. So, shall we take it off the formal programme?
Given that no-one has any other suggestions about panel items, here's one:
I propose a sort of sequel to last year's 'Strong Women in SF' item, in a more interactive version, where people define the strong woman, invent their own or something. what do you think?
If we can't come up with some more ideas, I'll get Julian to take some or all our reserved spots out of the programme. We'll need to let him know soon to give him a chance to fill up spaces.
