I'm looking for personal experience from weightlifting or powerlifting competitors.
I'm entering a BP meet this Saturday (9a.m.), with a weight in session on Friday (8a.m.).
This is the first time I'm using diuretics to "make weight category" (have to loose 3kg).
Found enough info on "how to loose" but nothing about "how to refill".
So, how do this in the right way, getting back to power?
p.s. mild diuretics since Wednesday 3p.m. every 12hours, and no water intake.
no food since Thursday morning.

p.s. to the tag adder - it's not eating disorder, but common strategy in many sports.
UPD first part of the plan completed - i'm in the 56kg cat.
UPD2 and i did my best -120kg taking overall winner.
