So...it starts.  One day at a time.  Hopefully I have not overestimated my willpower, because it certainly is not backed with a lifetime of discipline.  One day done.

But for now, my head hurts.

Quit smoking. Though, one day done isn't right...it's been twelve days. Just taking it one day at a time.
