CHEERLEADING TRYOUTS
havent been here in a while. im hella nervous b/c in like 10 min i will be leaving to try out for the AHS cheerleading squad. i've been working my ass off all morning and all last week and now its time!! thank god i already did my tumbling for her. too bad one of my passes looked like shit, but o well, im one of 2 that can actually tumble besides 2 girls who can do an aerial. but those are so easy, any1 can learn one. but yea at 3:00 pm today i will know if i made j.v or varsity. im aiming high, but i will definitely not be sad or anything if i dont make var. i will just be so relieved that i made it at all. over 40 girls are trying out and there are only like 30-32 spots so a lot of people are not gonna make it!!!!!!!!!!!! i hope wait i KNOW im not gonna mess up. i feel like i did b4 states. like just hella nervous. but i actually do somewhat better under pressure because im tighter and everything just looks better. i've practiced as much as a can, so now i guess its time for tryouts. wish me luck!! i know i will feel so much better after tryouts. calm lainey, calm!! ok. im gonna go now!!!! :)
