I definitely recommend checking out this community. You can nominate your favorite iconmakers in various categories - categories include both general areas such as Best Text && Best Overall, and more specific categories such as Best Doctor Who icons, Best Stock icons && a lot more.
The deadline for nominations is January 27th, so there still is time to make yours! Also, you can nominate as many iconmakers as you want in each category, as long as you follow the rules. =]
Also, I'm planning on writing some tutorials soon! But, are there any specific tutorials you guys want to see? I've been using a bunch of different colorings for my icons lately, so please let me know if there are any tutorials you want to see in particular. ^-^
