28 days gym challenge

Well I have just done day 4 of my 28 day gym challenge!!!  I have to go to the gym 28 days on the run!!!

so

Day 1 - Bodybalance
Day 2- Bodypump
Day 3 - Bodypump
Day 4 - V Strength, BodyCombat

tomorrow - day 5 will be BodyPump & Yoga.....Yoga twice

Also today is day 1 of no alcohol

I am determined....
