So we have a busy weekend ahead.....yeah I know it is only Tuesday but I have to plan ahead cos of my WW points...... Friday night we are going to Le Mistral with Emma & Ian to celebrate Ian's birthday....but to be honest I HATE eating out these days!! HATE IT!!! I rather cook at home and know what is in my food!! I am sure it is eating out the reason why I have never been able to get back down to 9 stone 7!!! Anyway I am looking at the menu...and struggling.....what can I eat!!! It is Tuesday now and so I have time to save points and build up activity points!!!
I WILL LOSE THIS WEIGHT!!! I WILL!!!!
So todays Food was as follows :
Breakfast - porridge, banana
Mid Morning - ww citrus yoghurt
Lunch - WW pitta with boiled egg, tomato, cucumber, spring onion, watercress, spinach 1 tspoon lowfat mayo, ww mousse
Dinner- kumbi curry, couscous, raita
I have had 15 out of my 19 points so far today... I am saving the 4 I have left.
Tomorrow I have an hour of intense cardio...so that is good... but I also have my weigh in tomorrow....so fingers crossed!!
