 So either I'm a beast or Chalean Extreme workouts are making me hungrier than normal. Yesterday I could have ate a whole cow and I'd still be starving. I have no clue what to do except to increase my caloric intake. Either that or I leave it where it is and if I'm hungry, NOT BORED, then I will feed my body and if I'm not, I'm not. I'm okay today but yesterday the degree to how hungry I was after having eaten 6 complete meals throughout the day was astounding. And I don't like it.

The following are foods that are high in calories, low in nutrients and are completely useless to me because as soon as I finish ingesting their 500 or more calories, I am STILL hungry. I am keeping a close eye out for more foods like these so I know what not to waste my time on...

1. Bagels
2. Hamburgers
3. ??

According to my calorie deficit on MFP I should be weighing in at 146 lbs on the 16th. Well I couldn't wait so I cheated and weighed myself this morning and the scale read 153 FREAKING POUNDS!! That's a 3lb gain since I started CLX. What the fuck? I am so angry. Now usually this is where I jump off the fitness bandwagon, throw a tantrum and "woe is me till I'm blue in the face." But not this time. This time I'm in it till the end so I don't care what that stupid scale says. The scale can go f*ck itself. I'm going to keep fighting this battle and in the end I will be victorious.

However, if by the end of October I am not down 10lbs then I will admit defeat and get help in the form of Shakeology. I HATE plateaus and since I've already engineered my workouts to the point where my body isn't getting used to it anytime soon the only thing left to do is to change the food habits, again. So this is my plan: keep working hard and if it shows in the mirror and with the tape measurements but not on the scale I will not care. But if it doesn't show anywhere? I am in so much trouble...
