Weigh Ins 2009

I started my weight loss journey in December of 2005 with 35 lbs to lose. I got rid of 15 lbs and fell off the bandwagon for about a year and a half. Then in February 2008 (after the super bowl and with a lot of motivation from Beachbody) I got back in the game and I've been going strong since. Last year alone I learned more than I ever thought possible about diet, exercise, nutrition, and weight loss.

I know enough now, not to aim so high that I fall flat on my face. I've got to be realistic, so I'm taking baby steps, one pound at a time. My goal is to lose 3lb per month and if I lose more then hooray! This year I hope to finally reach my goal and be done with it. I'd like to move into the "maintenance" phase and finally be out of the "losing" department.
