1 cup yams (cubed)
2 egg beater eggs (scrambled)
- tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp sardine
- tomato & onions
1/2 cup Naked smoothie
1 capri sun (pacific cooler)

5:50 PM (snack)
3 tbsp guacamole
10 multi-grain crackers
4 tostitos (gold) chips
1 jello snack cup
