A double wedding...
Ok so it's official. We're having a pirate themed double wedding. Everyone must come in costume. Joe will have the monkey and a peg leg. Clem will have the parrot...I don't know about mine and Libby's dresses yet...but they'll look like the dresses Kira Knightly wore in the Pirates of the Carribean movie! That way we'll both have cleavage. Now we just have to inform the parents- although mine already know...lol
Clem says Joey can have the monkey cuz they both have something in common: they stink and they throw their poo. Libby said Joe was not amused. So then Clem said, "I know him better than Libby...and if you don't believe me ask Libby to ask Joe about our pet monkey when we were little." So I did..and then I was like, "You had a pet monkey?! I want one..." and he said, "No, but we had Joe. He was just as good." I couldn't stop laughing for 5 minutes- I was crying.
So now Libby and I are really into this...the wedding will be on Valentine's Day of 2009- cuz it's on a Saturday. We're going to find a reformed Rabbi and a Preist who doesn't have his knickers in a twist (Libby's words) and we'll have a joint tradition wedding. Half Jewish, Half Catholic. It's gonna have a vodka slide and a chocolate fountain...and lots of rum...cuz you can't have a pirate themed wedding without rum!
This is gonna be interesting...especially with the way Clem and Joe's family works..."brother tax, looking at us tax- you name it we charged Jack"...sheesh...
