The Doctor peeled Donna's jeans down her legs, leaving her wearing nothing but a voluptuously filled champagne lace bra and matching underwear. His mouth moved to her stomach and he began to kiss the silky skin there as he slowly started to tug on her panties. His hands froze their actions as he caught a flash of bright blue on the skin of her left hip.
The Doctor's eyes slid that direction and his thumb stroked over the tattoo. “Donna, when did you get this?” He looked up to find her smiling, eyes twinkling.
“About six months ago. Don't think I'm crazy or anything but I keep having this dream. I'm in this wonderful place with this wonderful man. Traveling. Out amongst the stars. He loves me completely and I love him. And that,” her hand covered his own over the tattoo. “That's the doorway there. Trouble is, I can never see his face. Bonkers, I know but... that's the story.”
The Doctor's gaze returned to the tattoo.
“Oh god, John, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to be prattling on about some dream while I'm here with you. It's just a silly fantasy.”
“No, it's fine,” he said, meeting her eyes and nodding sadly. “I'm just... jealous. I wish I were him.”
Donna's fingertips touched his cheek. “Well, I never do see his face. Perhaps you are?” She grinned.
The Doctor smiled and kissed the picture of the TARDIS etched into her skin.
