Smiling campaign
Haha ... I am back to this journal again. Was reading through "Life" this morning, and get to know that Singapore was launching this smiling campaign - 'Four Million Smiles'. Are we really too serious? Even simple things like smiling we need to have a campaign. Faint! Anyway they are preparing to welcome the thousands of delegates flocking here next month for the World Bank and International Monetary Fund meeting lah. My own opinion lah ... people around me got perfect smile leh ... I can easily cut them out ... dun believe ... see below ... wkaka ...
