Ta-da! I finally wrote more of the case 3-1 AU. I had way, way too much trouble writing the courtscenes. As a bonus, they eat up a lot of wordcount, so I think this damn thing just increased by another chapter more than I planned.

I think the last few paragraphs of this chapter hit me the hardest. Miles's thought process and his complete realization of how much he'd be hurting Phoenix were amazingly done and wonderfully written. *applause*

As an English major I had to LOL at that one. It sounds like Miles has taken at least a few...interesting lit courses during his life. XD
