I'm kind of torn for Godot. On one hand, it's essentially the last character that is hyped up that could be claimed so it could cause an extra surge in apps...but the question remains that Godot doesn't have much to do post-T&T, though that could be fleshed out by someone who doesn't suck.
"Doesn't suck" is the key term here seeing how I'm betting that most of the apps will be made of fail.
That's gotta be wildly complicated and a big change to what we've got going on now in the prisons, considering he'll be living near Redd White. And he'd probably be needing frequent medical attention.
If he's not a prisoner, I'd definitely say yes. But if he is a prisoner... hmmmm..... like I said, things would become different. ...But it could be fun. I'll say yes to that, too. Just as long as you're very picky about applications.
Don't worry, we'll be picky. XD He would have to be a prisoner, though. (Not in for life since the action was self-defense/in defense of another person... but for the duration of the RP, yes. :P)
Although we'll have to wade through a WHOLE LOT OF CRAP to find the right RPer, I think it'll be worth it to open it up. I'm sure there's someone out there who could make something out of him - we just gotta wait for him to come to us. It could be very interesting to have an excellent, thoughtful Godot player on our side.
And besides, if worst comes to worst, we just reject a whole pile of applications. I don't see the harm in opening Godot up.
I think Godot could be really interesting, actually. If you could find someone who's talented enough and interested enough and dedicated enough... there could be some fascinating stuff that would unwind.
Like everyone's been saying, though, it'll have to be a phenomenal app.

Put me down for "Undecided".
