A Quick Update...
...in point form.
Sunday: Moved the last of my shit from Bosworth Field to La Ancestral Abode, something complicated dramatically by the car dying. In the tradition of share house departures, I left a number of books, my sharp and/or serated knives, and probably some other stuff. I also left behind my modem and router, because my interwebs wasn't gonna be transfered before 5pm Weds'day.
Monday: Tried to live without interwebs. Got blocked in la story; didn't know how to finish a sentence.
Toosday: Took lunachyld to see Hot Fuzz, which was still cool the second time (I'm not one for repeat veiwings over short periods of time, ignoring that one week I say American Psycho fourteen or fifteen times). After, we went to Bosworth Field, ostensibly for drinks-based fun, but really because I missed my interwebs too much.
Weds'day: Awoke after night of drinking, and departed with my modem. Plugged it into the wall, and aside from needing to run to the shops for another extension cord, it worked dandy! Old houses and their lack of powerpoints is an issue.
Friday: lunachyld and I had a morning, cat-based, adventure. Finished that problematic sentence. drinkthisbaby and Pinappleas came over and helped me tidy up the house, even more of a mess since I moved back in, something which I really appreciated. Much done, but much yet to do.
