Published!!
Wow....just wow.
The Artes Draconis' cooking issue came out this weekend. A couple of months ago it was touch and go on when it would get published and now...it's real! I had kept happy thoughts running towards it getting published, maintaining the positive intentions and all that.
It all started out with iasmin and I kicking around ideas and I said the magic words "When do we start?" And so it began...
It's been a very long time since I've been published in a major SCA publication. And now thanks to the 'net, it has worldwide distribution. How cool is that!? And so professional looking, too! The layout designed by iasmin (and inspired by Cook's Illustrated) definitely lends itself to establishing professional credibility. Oh, in case you're wondering - my article is on "Carbonadoes." Of course I'm going to write about carnivorous goodness and fire. *laugh*
I am grateful to the powers that be that made it happen. Borrowing troll_boy 's Mongolian Dance of Joy for a bit. He won't mind. :D
