(no subject)
I'm really worried about Róisín. She's always done this thing where she goes back and forth between being ok and being insanely timid and shy. Lately she's swung into a shy period that's lasting longer and much worse than usual. I discovered the other day that she's been using under the couch as her own private toilet. Basically, she's coming out only to eat. And I don't know why. It's not the kittens, because she was fine the first 2 weeks or so I had them. I haven't changed anything, or had more people over than usual, or anything else. No one's been picking on her. I just don't know what the problem is or what to do about it. She hasn't come to me to be petted in about 2 weeks. I'm lucky if I see her once in a 48-hour period. It's almost like she's regressing back to fully feral. She's always been more timid than I'd like, but this is getting ridiculous. And I have no idea what to do to help her.
