It was actually about the transformation that gave them magical powers of shorter skirts, I think, and whatever chant it was they did to do it. Pretty up? Make up? Something like that. XD

Oh, man, that was so much fun!

Yep, Make Up. And later on in the series, you could tell that they were transforming because they had magic lipstick suddenly appear on their lips.

"Decided to pop into a room that was supposed to have the Artist Guest of Honor inside from a previous program. Some people were sitting around drawing castles, so I decided to be bold and ask if any of them had seen a Gwyn Jones. Had just enough time to notice the guy with the 'Guest of Honor/Artist' badges who was looking at the girl next to him. The girl looked up and said she was Gwyn, read my badge and I got to see the best smile I had seen all day. Naaah, make that all week. "
