Whoa, I did NOT expect such a fun peppy song to form the basis of a vid that gave me SO MANY FEELINGS. That was totally amazing.

What were your thoughts about how CW footage and plot as you were doing the vid, out of curiosity? If you'd rather not comment on your own vids, that's totally cool, I understand,

Heeeee! It was so strange--I fell in love with the original version of the song, which has some verses that are missing from the remix, and it just screamed Steve and Bucky to me. Now when I listen to it, it's SO SLOW. I was afraid the dance mix version might mitigate the feels, but it all worked out in the end

Thanks so much for explaining! That's really interesting. I agree that what I saw in the movie was not what I expected and the media promotion was too much lol - you couldn't buy groceries without seeing Tony and Steve on half the products.

The vid was so beautifully done though, and just made me think of all the ways their love is amazing but yes, dangerous, and I know I'm being obvious but it made me feel so much for them.

It really does speak to the strength of the movies & characters when you can keep seeing new ways to explore their stories--and it shows how good you are at finding those threads and showing them to us.

They really are my vidding dream come true, even though their source, compared to most other things I vid, is so incredibly limited. I'm really glad you're not tired of them, and that you enjoyed this one!!

Right after watching the video I went and downloaded all the versions of the song I could find and have been listening to them on loop lol.
Totally helped break my writer's block on a short story I've been working on- so thanks again ; )
