When will I ever learn?

I don't know why I can't learn to shut my yap. As soon as I speak up about the exercising, I fall down the stairs in my back porch and wreck my ankles and my elbow. I'm honestly not sure if it's sprain/strain arena, or we're talking cracks or breaks. The sharpness of the pain in my elbow and the bruising worries me a lot; and while I can move my ( Read more... )

Thank you, sweetie! I am hopeful that maybe tomorrow I can try to drive, but I have to wait and see. It's still not totally clear whether it's just sprains yet. At least I didn't almost cut my finger off!

Gah! How annoying that you fall down! And how very worrying, too. I will keep my fingers crossed that you're ok!

Am glad that Blues doesn't seem to mind that Olive dislikes him -- some pets just really want to be Only Children. They are adorable, as always.

*hugs*

I'm sorry to hear about your fall -- rest and feel better! And make the cats wait on you hand and foot!

Holy moly, I can't believe it's been two years! I remember when you got Olive (or, Olive got you). Please remember that in the RICE equation, "I" can be utilized as "More ice for my Campari, good sir."

Ah ha ha ha ha ha! Frankly, that is really the only way I would prefer to have ice. I hate icing body parts -- I have this freakishly sensitive skin, where hot things that are just hot or warm to most people are too hot to even touch for me, and same thing with ice in the cold direction. I can't even hold on to a cold drink for longer than a few seconds! Drinking it is much more civilized.
