This should be no surprise as they have had one of their surrogates out calling for her to be put in front of a firing squad, and rather than distancing themselves, they routinely praise him.
The head of the party of Lincoln in now calling for a president to be assassination.

* Today I got my flu shot for the year. It's a bad one, I can tell. I also ate my first tomato from the garden. It was a largish cherry sized tomato, perfectly ripe and warm from the sun. Tavy's on day three of a tear and has been banned from Squirrel's room for starting too many fights until he mellows out again.
* I wonder how many horses born in the next year or two will be named "Grace's Secret."
* I have still not recovered from that Irish horse somersaulting. Me screaming at the male announcer: Is the horse okay! Stop your jibber jabber and tell me if the horse is okay! (The horse was okay, but it was terrifying.) Luckily the other bad spill was time delayed and the nice female announcer said something like, "We are about to show a fall that just happened. They are BOTH OKAY!" It was still hard to watch, but much easier on my nerves. This is why I'm still watching the Cross country eventing and am not even up to jumping. I keep having to turn it off and go calm down. It's a beautiful sport, but this is a particularly tough course and there are an alarming number of falls and horses crashing into things. I'm a couple hours in and miraculously no people or horses have been hurt so far as the nice female announcer has just reassured me. No, don't tell me how it ended. It may take me a few days, but I'll get there.
Seriously, Equestrian announcers, lead with "They are both okay!"
