* Greenwick came up with a cool idea for filibuster reform I hadn't heard before. He suggested that there be a limit on the number allowed for year, thus encouraging people to save them for things that matter instead of blanket filibustering all federal appointments and the like. Add that to lowering the number and a talking filibuster, it looks like a winner to me.
